Reduced rate of fire (545 RPM) and accuracy to bring the weapon’s value to be more in line with other rifles. On top of $3000 price.

Sad times, still good for mid-long range engages but has slightly less accuracy, however it does have a lower recoil as there is more time for shots to recover per shot.
Not good at all to entry frag anymore
