You are able to create multiple sentries by using the "build 2" in console.
Able to bind "Build 0" for multiple sentries.

Ex: bind z "Build 2" for sentries
Ex: bind b "Build 0" for dispensers

-----Known Bugs-----
1. 1st sentry is upgradeable, 2+ are disposable
2. 1st sentry shows in sentry health slot, 2+ do not
3. 1st dispenser shows in health, 2+ do not.
