Hello, the Bios on the video card went off, how can I not restore the card, I need an original BIOS from this card, could you send it to me? To solve my problem

Switch to the second BIOS for now. If you need to restore the original BIOS, contact support and they should be able to provide it to you.

Doing a BIOS restore or change without specific instructions from the support team is NOT recommended.
