Guild of Original Content/Serenity-five joint projects

Current project: Mall of Fame:
A futuristic Shopping Mall, 4 ring levels descending undergound, Top 2 Levels are 24 shopfronts (8 large/16 small) Currently 4 large shops and 1 small have been assigned.
Bottom level will be 4 or 6 Eateries, the level above that has been left blank for the moment, I'll decide later what we need more of.
2 Eateries have been claimed but not built yet.
Each Shopfront is relatively small with 1 or 2 irritating diagonal walls (depending on location) this was unavoidable, because I wanted a symetrical ring layout so every shop has at least one wall bordering the outside edge, this will allow any builders to expand the inside of their shops (within reason & location limits) once the whole structure has been moved underground on world: The Guild of Original Content.
Once all the shops and eateries are filled another copy will be built on Serenity-five, then if everyone who helped approves, I'll upload it to the Steam Workshop, with hopefully a list of 30+ contributors! (yeah I know I'm dreamin), considering the whole thing atm fits into a single claim! I think it could be a first in Creativerse to have so many builders in one claim..... it'll be awesome!
On that note: if there's any builder in CV you can think of who would be interested or well suited, please reach out.
It's not my intention to be elitist or anything but I'm looking for the best builders to fill up spots first, just so every store visited has it's own Wow factor.
I've reached out to a few players in my friends list but I know I've missed some people and a lot of talented builders I have little contact with, so please spread the word but be picky at first ;)

[As an additional rule: please avoid the use of beacons in your builds, the only exception to this will be eateries on the very bottom level, and only if facing downwards]
