Hello everyone!

I just want to start out by saying thank you everyone for playing, and we have truly accomplished something pretty crazy together. Getting 10-15 people together behind the same walls, sharing building privs, resources, and door codes is no easy task. That being said, the initial excitement of building a compound is over, and we are entering into a new age of RUST. This whole thing is getting bigger than myself, and I most certainly cannot maintain it anymore. It’s up to all of us to keep this thing going.

I think there is a bit of work to be done before we can take in anymore people, and even then, we may want to think about them building outside of the walls, much like peasants would live in the village tending the fields outside the castle walls (lol). But seriously, new people who come in more often than not, will not appreciate the work we put in to get to where we are, they will see something to take advantage of. It’s a simple as someone changing a gate code, and then we have to spend four c4 to take it back, build a new gate, and all the while our walls basically aren’t there while a gate is compromised.

What we need to do before we can take on more people.

We need airlocks on our gates, and not the kind at our quarry. With a gate outside of our gate, we can give those codes to newbies, and when ♥♥♥♥ is going down or a newbie changes a code, we still have the second gate we can lock down until we get our outer gate back.

There is an exposed cabinet by Donald’s base. Someone please take care of that.

Tips on recruiting.

Don’t give out codes. If you guys remember when you were recruited, for the most part, you were well on your way with your base, or gathering a ♥♥♥♥ ton of resources before I gave a code of any importance. Make people prove at least the slightest bit of commitment, before giving them any valuable information. I have had my base taken over on this very server before most of you joined, and only got it back because I guilted the ♥♥♥♥ out of this kid. Luckily he was 14 and his mind was weak.

Also, gate codes of been changed, and cabinets need to be wiped very soon. If you guys ever have any problems, just message me and we will sort it out.

And just a reminder, black hoodies is our dress code for when we are fighting and we don’t want to shoot each other.

Lastly, if you want to help out around the base, here’s a few ideas.

1. Gate’s need to be airlocked

2. Walls decay, and need to maintained with stone. Everyone should help with this!

3. Cheech Marin is going to start surrounding the walls with wooden barbed barricades.

4. Mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥’ Birds is going to build a heli takedown base.

5. Provolone is going to start stockpiling weapons for raids.

5. Outpost base needs to be built at water treatment plant with an exellent veiw of the pump jack.

6. Crude oil, and cloth for our dress code needs to be gathered.

7. The walls are up, start killing each other! Seriously practice makes perfect.

9. Infiltrate a clan.
