We all farm, we all fight.

Rust Mercenary Company is a group of Rust players dedicated to each other and what the game represents. Farming, raiding and looting.

-Clan Requirements-
Age of 16+ and mature.
No random players. Personal referral only.
Competent. Able to be autonomous while working as a group towards singular goals.

-Company Structure-
Until the decision to start accepting random players is made, all are equal and all are even. There is no room for entitlement or arrogance associated with position and everyones opinion will be considered with reason as a group.

We will alternate between being a farming group and a roaming group. While farming is necessary too much of it can turn the game into a boring grind. As well others farming constantly, while others run around independently roaming causes imbalance in the roles we need to have in order to be successful.

-Basic Rules-
If farming solo. Short runs: 2k wood, 1k stone. No need to give another group in the area a full inventory of stuff to build with,

If roaming solo bring expendable gear that can be easily replaced.

If you bring someone into the clan you are accountable for any harm they may cause to the clan such as despawning, code raiding, griefing, etc.

If you lose weapons and/or gear, say something. Gear/Weapons need to be stocked for either raiding or when we are being raided. Do not take the last of something. If you lose something you are responsible for replacing it.
