We the People of Running Naked Returds, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Nude Commonwealth of Steam.

Article I: Laws
Here we follow Six Simple Laws:
1. Do Not Kill Our Fellow Citizens
2. Do Not Harm Our Fellow Citizens
3. Do Not Destroy the Property of Our Fellow Citizens
4. Do Not Damage the Property of Our Fellow Citizens
5. Do Not Steal from Our Fellow Citizens
6. Contracts between Members are Law

Offenders have the choice between facing death or a punishment offered by the victim, if the victim chooses to offer an alternative.

Article II: Elections
On the First of the Month we will Elect a President by 2/3 vote, or otherwise remain self-directed. At any time a player can request a new vote for President if he has at least one fellow petitioner. We will first vote on whether or not we care to have an Election, determined by a simple majority. Then the actual Election will proceed. Nominees cannot vote in the election and most be nominated by any one, non-Nominee.

Article III: Presidential Powers
The President shall have these powers only:
1. Pardon Law Breakers
2. Make Non-Obligatory National Directives
3. Control International Affairs (War, Neutral and Peace)
4. Decide Trial Outcomes
5. Lead Our Armies in Battle
6. Create and Encourage the Signing of Social Contracts

Article IX: Individual Rights
All citizens have these Rights:
1. The Right to Clearly Marked Land Ownership
2. The Right to Lawfully Obtained Materials
3. The Right of Self-Defense
4. The Right of Trial by President
5. The Right of Boundless Self-Direction
6. The Right of Unregulated Commerce

Article X: Trials
A Trial shall be held if an offender requests one. The Offender will defend his innocence while the Accuser presents evidence of his crimes. The outcome will be judged by the President, a Juror of the Offender's choice and a Juror of the Accuser's Choice. The Jurors will act as advocates for their individual sides.

Article XI: War, Peace and National Affairs
Any citizen who attacks a neutral or peaceful nation will be treated as a terrorist. They will not be given welcome from our society until they make ammends with the wrongly attacked nation. When you are in a Peaceful or Neutral Nation's territory make sure you clearly understand their laws and remember, you are there by your own choice, so you have to listen to them until you return. You can only break a Peaceful or Neutral nation's laws if that law requires you be detained without any other criminal act.

When we are at War, any hostile act against our Enemy is allowable including coordinated attacks led by the President.
