8 - The Tier Year changes twice per year(On Day 1 June and On Day 1 September)
9 - If many nations are conquered, the tier will be rotated and the map will change.

During a state visit, His Majesty the Crown Prince of Italy and the Grand Duke of Hamburg, representative of the German Crown, discussed the diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Italy and the German Empire. During agreeable discussion, were officially opened to the friendly relations between the two great nations, and an agreement on trade. In his report to the German Parliament, the Grand Duke of Hamburg said the following words: "(...)The Italian government has proven not only their friendliness, also with its competence and efficiency. His Majesty the Crown Prince is extremely polite, worthy of his title, so I am happy to say that the Italian monarchy is being very well represented(...)"
