Star Citizen Charter and Manifesto update

Updated the organization Charter and Manifesto with what we know factually at present. All wings and divisions of RAVE will begin within RAVES forums as per normal and will stay this way until further notice (more information is released on the SC organizations). At present, RAVE has only one organization and will look into developing the wings further when more information is released.
The Charter was copied from Imperium and adjusted and defined for RAVE. They themselves copied it from the OldWarriors and Yar! Clan.

Hey all, Just a reminder RAVE is not a multi-clanning group within the same game.
The only exception of this at this time is the GRS group, as it is a RAVE Star Citizen group and not all the Organization module is out.
