The Consitution of the Quite Flab

We the People of the Quite Flab, in order to form a perfect union, establish Justice, insure Domestic Tranquility, provide for for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. We do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Quite Flab.


The rights of the Quite Flab is held within its members. This reigns macho supreme overall. If crossed will result in a strike. (refer to the strike document for more information)


Quite Flab shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the exercise thereof; or the abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to peacefully assemble, and to petition the Quite Flab for a redress of grievances.


The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and special effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue. Unless, upon probable cause, supported by Oath or Affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be pillaged.


The super powers not delegated to the Quite Flab by the constitution, nor the prohibited by it to the Flab, are reserved to the Flabs respectively.


Slavery, not involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have duly convicted, shall exist within the Quite Flab, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.


The right of members of the Quite Flab to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the Quite Flab, or by any Flab on account of race, color, flavor, or previous condition of servitude.


If the His/Her Honor is unable to carry out their duties, a vote will commence for impeachment. If impeached, a new the His/Her Honor will be elected by vote. If the His/Her Honor doth get rekt, the Bailiff will become the new the His/Her Honor and they will elect the new Bailiff.
