-Operators are trained to be alert even as an op
-Admins get picked for training by UNSC GAMING's decision for helping
*This is to get all of us admins motivated to be professional and recommendations for a promotion
-above ranks are also supposed to take part if they don't follow instructions will be reported and have a possible demotion
-Teaches how to be strict and friendly at the same time
-most of it will be taught in UNSC GAMING's preferred style
