Talk about the Pencil Pusher having an equip_region update. Be very formal and use words like equip_region rather than misc. Don't use abbreviations and sound good.

Many Team Fortress 2 hats have had an update in equip region lately. There is a lot of speculation on what will be changed next and why. The hat 'Pencil Pusher' would make sense to have an equip_region update as it does not clip any other hats. The hat is simply a small pencil with a tiny amount of hair.

As an owner of a Pencil Pusher of Unusual Quality, I believe this hat should receive an equipn region update.
