Ordered an artwork from Adr with only a simple concept being provided and they really improved on it and made something wonderful in a short amount of time! They took time to give me different artwork background options and do all the animations I listed + more. I ordered a surprise Senjougahara commission for my s/o (it's his favorite character), and I am super happy with how it turned out. It's everything I wanted, and more. I definitely plan to keep coming back to adr due to his high and detailed work, the patience he has with me, and the customer satisfaction I feel every time. I've had one recently that just left a bad example of their known reputation (I won't name them), but with adr, he really listens, and I don't have to feel like I have to explain why I wasn't able to get back to them within a few hours like that other person (yes I am also venting), but it's made me appreciate adr a lot more because he doesn't complain, or make me feel negatively for commissioning. I am super fortunate to have adr animate my workshop showcase. He has far exceeded my expectations and worked patiently with my own pickiness to deliver the artwork to my satisfaction.
