Picking
1.If they're no medic volunteer one of the admins will say last to spectator and at that point the last person to join spectator will become medic for his/her desiered team.
2.The two medics will ubersaw fight at mid to decide who picks first or second.
3. The two medic will be doing the picking. If the medic doesnt know anyone he can ask someone experienced to pick for him.
