This Is a petition not a group

By joining this group you are effectively signing a petition to valve to split the Russian and the English servers effectively stopping all communications of English on Russian Servers, and Russians from English Servers.

This call applies to groups, people, individuals, and in game servers.

You need only to join the group you do not need to discuss, talk or do anything if you don't want to.

you are under no obligation to join the group but doing so will be you consenting to and agreeing with the petition which is designed to stop the annoyances that are increasingly occurring. this will be brought to Valves attention as soon as we hit a high enough number of members

Upon reaching 2000 members all members of the group will be asked to boycott DOTA 2 and all other Valve games such as TF2 for a period of one month. - in turn this will hit their pockets as people will not be buying stuff from the stores and will hopefully make them see That this is a serious issue that needs to be dealt with
