I have four friends coming back from a trip in about 15 days... they are all big-time achievement ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and all of them will be made officers. They will help the group to grow and soon a whole bunch of people may be joining to help out!

Busy with my own stuff, but for that one: immediately go underground and take out all the guards. Then get the bomb pieces. Once the escape is ready, get your crew posted up top in seperate locations, pop all guards and run like hell to the escape.
