Korea flexes it's nuclear muscle

Due to the recent tension between America and North Korea, I want to give my opinion on this in a Canadian Perspective. Nuclear Bombs are currently wiped from the face of Canada, and that's the way it's supposed to be for every country that signed the Geniva Convention Form. Sure a bomb can be made with the excuse "Medical Isatopes" but it can't be covered for long, similuar to the Pakistan Case.
