Fellow Omegas,

I'm going to take away some people's admin rights on teamspeak, because I don't like the way it is at the moment. I know some people will be annoyed but at the end of the day me and Oskoff are paying money for this stuff so we get to decide what goes on. Here are the people who will have admin rights for the time being:

If this system doesn't work out then me and Oskoff will negotiate another way of running the TS.

There's currently a problem with the recruit and non recruit scrim system - there are people in the recruit team who I want to promote but I also do not want to put them in our 'tournament team'. There are also some non-recruits who recently have not had as many opportunities to scrim as I would like, as they are too good to play in recruit scrims but not at a level to compete against clans like VK or T. This bothers me seeing as the entire point of this clan is to scrim.

This is a solution we are going to try:

We are going to split teams into 2 but have an unofficial split within the second team.

The main team will be our 'tournament team' and will only consist of the best 6 players in the clan. This team will also borrow from the strongest people outside of this team when needed.

Outside of this will be another team which will be much larger and be somewhat divided but without an official divide. Anyone not in the 'tournament team' will fall into this category. JDSmurph and Tuna, having run the recruit team up to now, will organise scrims for this category, however, JD will organise scrims for the strongest more experienced players within this while Tuna will organise scrims for the newer players - this will be seen in the clans they are playing against. I will be leaving it up to the two of them who they decide to pick on any given day but they should use their judgement to pick appropriate players for each scrim.

We will also still be keeping the recruits system but rather than being skill related, it will be linked to the regularity with which people play in scrims and how long they have been in the clan. This means that a few existing recruits will no longer be recruits - I will message those people individually.

This team will always be 6 people and you cannot be promoted to this without becoming better than one of the players in it or one of them becoming inactive or leaving the clan.

If anyone has any issues with this format, please message me as this is only an experiment to see how it works.

Tomorrow I'm going to be running training sessions starting at 1pm GMT and ending at 7pm GMT, anyone in Omega is welcome and encouraged to turn up.

This will NOT be a training session where you learn how to do certain kind of drags etc, this will be a mix of LTS ranging from 2v2s to 6v6s with archers and projectiles on multiple maps, as well as pugs and kendo's.

Turn up if you're around for all of it or part of it.

Me and Vince have been working out good setups for the tournament with our 10 non-recruit members and we've now finalized the lineup for the tournament.

We've made a lineup for each half of each map so you may find yourself playing some maps and not others or only playing half the map in some cases.

A lot of the less veteran players in the clan aren't getting as many scrims as I'd like them to so I've decided to set up a recruit branch within Omega which will be co-led by Eztamora and JDSmurph.

They will organise scrims with other clans recruit teams and newer or weaker clans, these will be posted in the same format as regular scrims but scrims will now be tagged appropriately.

Those who are already in the clan and will be part of this will get a message from me.
