You CAN actually buy TF2 Store Items out of the Game, Community Market? :D
NO!
Sometimes Community Market Items like the Supply Crate Key are more expensive than in the Store at TF2.

NOW you can also CUSTOMIZE this Link. The Number behind the „/440/“ is the ITEM-ID.
You can Change the ITEM-ID to an other store Item ID! How? Check the tf2 Wiki https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Tools/de . Simply go to the Item you want to buy, hit the Link to the Item Wiki! You should see the „Buy Now “ Copy this Link and paste it into a new Tab. Behind the „/440/“ is the ITEM-ID you need to buy the specific item you want.
