Squad dismisal

Again...we dismiss squads, and this time for good, not much has come from having squads, so instead of squads...
It's time we introduced room renting!
-Any room that says "Up for rent" is rentable, if you donate 15k+ You may rent.
-Donation requirements go up by 3k when you have a room (e.g If you donate 1k you donate 4k a week)
-You may have up to 4 people in a room, renting price may be split but donation prices cannot.
-Guild master's CAN share a room, unless they wish to have private quarters.
