It pains me to do this to the quality russian users we have. But due to the amount of malicious attacks we have faced recently coming out of russia, I've had to setup bans on all russian ips. With that said, I am looking forward to the smoother running of the server, and growth potential we will have now that less time will be spent recovering the server and more of it spent in growing it.
