Rotussy this rotussy that, how does she pee tho?

Well, her skin is just whitish and rotten (well, those are the early stages of rot, in more severe regions it's brown, like on her right leg and left arm).

It's not like this white stuff grows on top the skin, the skin itself just slowly dies and turns into this scale-like tissue. We don't see her perineum in this pic, but if we assume that the disease has spread to that place too, then her vulva will be all dried and showing early signs of rot like that, but her urethral opening itself (the opening of the canal connecting urinary bladder with the outside world) will be fine, since it's just a hole. I doubt the stuff on her skin will grow over that opening. But idk how deep this rotting process goes. Does it only cover the outer lips? Or the inner ones too? Is it already affecting the muscles of perineum? Does it reach urethral opening too? If it does, then I guess all the muscles there will die too, or at least start losing their function. Urethra has two sphincters (muscles that contract to close the opening and stop the flow of urine), one internal and one external. The internal one is between the bladder and the beginning of the urethra and is involuntarily while the external one is at the perineum and is voluntary. So, if the rot eats the muscles between her legs, she won't be able to control the urinating process.

On the light note and speaking about muscles losing their function, her left arm looks ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, especially at the forearm, which is where muscles that control fingers and the wrist are located. But she's able to move her fingers and wrist still! So I guess the muscles loose their function pretty far off into the process, so her external urethral sphincter is safe for now.

Also, please, before calling me the least horny souls fan or something like that, I'm just a first year med student, I'm trying to theorize about this from a scientific point of view, plus I'm literally studying female urinary system on the next lesson.
