Established March 2014, MeatBags is a North America based community that predominantly plays ArmA II & ArmA III. Though most members are from the United States & Canada, there are MeatBags and guests from all over the world playing various games on our servers.

When playing ArmA, we expect everyone to understand their roles within the group and to know what to do and what not to do. However, we don’t expect you to role-play as if in a real war. We don’t have military ranks. We don’t force you to learn absolutely accurate radio procedures. But we do offer training in that level of simulation and do encourage everyone to learn, especially if playing in our special EVENTS where a more serious play style is desired (though, always with reasonable fun).

While ArmA is our main focus, we actively play other games and are always open to adding more to the community. Our members are involved in RTS, first-person shooters, survival, building, destroying, cleaning-up, and whatever else type of game is available.

MeatBags is a council-based democracy. Every 4 months, members of the group declare their candidacy for the council and members then vote for five individuals they want to represent their interest for that period. Members are also encouraged to involve themselves in the process by posting ideas and concerns in the member forum.

We expect anyone who plays with us to HAVE FUN… without ruining the fun for someone else.
