Out of everyone that owns The Binding Of Isaac Afterbirth, how many like the new keeper character. I like him overall but it REALLY sucks that he can only have a max of 2 coin hearts and that he always takes a full heart of damage every hit. it is good however that hearts now turn into flies instead of them just laying on the ground not being abke to pick them up.
