@El Jefe: That Cloud Strife was me. I was mostly waiting until 25 str to use the hammer, but you inspired me to use it a lot more than just as a filler weapon before getting a Greatsword. I then made this group a little while later, and so here we are.

@hexcataract It would be, if anybody played DS1 anymore :(

p.s. dark souls 1 hammerbroing would be pretty rad, given how impossibly bad that weapon is in that game.

Not sure who invited me, but I was helping with the Old Dragonslayer for about four hours straight the other day. Kept getting summoned with another guy named Cloud Strife. He was using a sword and shield for about five of the fights, then he switched to the hammer for a couple, then he invaded me. Not sure if I gave him the idea or if he was just waiting for 25 STR. Either way, he was fun to work with. Felt bad when I had to smush him. =/

Considering Katana's have a 30-foot long dash, hammers could be so, so much worse
