Rumia Tingel (ルミア ティンジェル, Rumia Tinjeru?) is a deuteragonist and Sistine Fibel's best friend. She is close to Glenn Radars, who often treats her well, in contrast to the teasing that Sistina faces from him. She is the daughter of Alicia VII and the former princess of the Alzano Empire.

❇ Appearance

Rumia has bright sun blonde hair that is a bit shorter than her shoulders. She has ocean-blue eyes and wears a pretty green bow. She also wears a blue clip-on that adds to her outfit. She has an arm-like stretcher that wraps around her right arm.

She mostly wears her school uniform; a fabric that is blue and gold, which looks like a cape. The part under the cape contains a bright red ribbon and some buttons on the chest part of the shirt.

Rumia is a princess whose real name is Alumiania who was rumored has died in past years. But In fact,she actually was banished for being a "supernatural," and was taken in by the Fibel family.

Three years prior to the story, Glenn unknowingly saved her when she was kidnapped.

Sisitine Fibel

Rumia and Sistine have been best friends ever since Rumia was banished from her home 3 years ago. They seem to be like sisters as Rumia is adopted into the Fibel family, making her the younger adopted sister of Sistine.
