Following this short message is the first post i ever made and the first communication for this team. The Fact that we went from this, to a finalist team who competeted against the toughest of teams, ranging to such horrors as the aggressive flanking ubersaw medic, To the crazy laggy servers from the pits of hell. its just awe inspiring.

This team is not official yet (the application is currently pending) But how it's planning on Working is any players who still are looking for a team in UGC iron after the season has started can choose to join this team. This team requires no Tryouts and as for requirements if you are reading this then you have already met them. If you really want me to do a tryout i can but i don't think we will need them :P
Also i'm going to let all of you know Straight up that i have no idea how to run a UGC team as this is actually my frist time in UGC. S to make it easier on me this is going to be a more democratic team, and since i have so little experience it should also make sense that i'm looking for people to help me out in sorting all of this out!

Anyways you should be doing the following while on ths team

Actively seek to get on another team for as long as you can
if you can't find one come back and join us
( a gang of ragtag people who just wanted to play UGC iron :D )

Recruit people!
If you know someone who is also looking for a team in Iron or a friend of yours who you think is good enough to play UGC Sen me their username on steam and i'll add them to this group.

MAKE FRIENDS!!
try and add as manmy people as friends while in this "team" and make connections. Maybe next year since you met a ton of awesom people on this team you won't be on the Looking for Teams board!

i'm also going to make a discussion page for placing your In game name your best class your worst class and an interesting fact about yourself, and how much experience you have with TF2. This is entirely for if the team grows so large that we cannot support all of the members on it as an actual UGC team, we can all pick and choose to see who is good as a main or sub position.
