1 General - Checks if everything goes according to plan. Second in command.
2 Lieutenants - Each lead one group of 6 to 7 men, half of the soldiers. Carry out orders given to them by general or lord.
4 Sergeants - Each lead one small group of 3 to 4 men, half of the soldiers in the group. Carry out orders given to them by their lieutenant.
Soldiers - Stay in the small group with their sergeant, carry out orders given to them by their sergeant.
