You join this group and then go on to shogun and go to clan page. You should be able to join it :)

I want to join the clan in Shogun 2 total war, but I have no idea how to actually join it, I can't see any "join" button, I joined one a long time ago, but it died out. And now I don't remember how to join one xD (ore wa baka desu).
