Hi all!

I will make it as shorter and simple as possible.

When we playing scrim i want us all to focus on game and not talk about any other subjects. Ideally we want to limit all comms so we can gain as much info as possible from in game sound. If u overhear something then pls share it, just make it brief and to the point - for example: "multiple steps at banana".
If u get yourself killed then:
- dont rage like me;)
- report in this format: "3 long, pushing long, riffles".

Lastly, dont criticise ur team mate for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up something during game. He/she probably knows it already and there is no point to dwell on it unnecesery. If someone made mistake point it out after the game so we can talk it through and draw some conclusion.

Thats about it really. I believe if we can try to adopt these 3 points our team performance will improve significantly.

Hi team!

As you all aware already there is a lot of us recently. The reason for that is fairly simple - people not attending trainings. Therefore i decided to recruit larger group of players so we finally move on with trainings.

As you all aware by now we have selected 5 maps we will practice on and I reckon it should take us about 3 - 4 weeks to cover them in brief. From now on i will try to organize as many scrims as i can to enhance our learning experience and i will rotate the first 5 to allow everyone equal game time. I do not have main lineup ready. The next few weeks will shape that.

After this 3 - 4 weeks I will chose 5 core players and 3 sub that I will continiue to work with. The criteria i will use during selection are as follow:

- how often you attending training
- punctuality
- do u inform about not attending in advance
- your team work ethic
- regularly checking team steam site
- your input for the team i.e. preping strats, sharing interesting materials, starting disccusion on steam site, helping with server managment etc. (Participating actively in the life of the group to put it simple)
- professional attitude during training and games
- learning strats and nades
- drive to self improvement (dm, aim maps, workshop maps, watching pros, reading/watching guides like warowl or ardens)

The criteria which are of secondary importance to me:
- ur rank
- ur current skill level
- ur in game stats (yes i know all about u;))
- ur position/role

The reason for all this fuss is my ambition to build team that can qualify for esl premiership in the future. To achive this goal I need to find commited group of players that get along well and are prepair to work their guts off.

I do hope you all understand that.
