Empire of Farthing

The Empire of Farthing has ruled from a small island about 25-30 miles southwest of France and Spain. They have built an impressive fleet since their beginnings in the year 1742 and their first major combat operative was the Napoleonic Wars, in which they sided with Prussia. They have been allies with France, Spain, the United States of America, and all of the Germanic States since their creation, only cutting off interactions with France when they Farthians were fighting the French in the Napoleonic Wars. They had required Italy and Russia as allies after the second world war, in which they remained neutral, as not to cause disturbances with their allies on both sides of the war. The Empire of Farthing has recently acquired Britain as an ally. The country is a part of Europe, but is not in the European Union.
