I started in early 2017 in here as one of the worst Rookies of all time and wasnt very liked scince i was crashing alot and collecting the others xd

1 General informations
§1.1: To join our group you just need to join it by yourself or by invitation .
§1.1.1: you are allowed to join each race for as long as there’s no bann or suspension.
§1.1.2:You must accept the invitation by the host to be able to participate in the races.
§1.1.3: With the registration, you accept the rules of the league.
§1.1.4: You remain in the league and can start in every race up until your departure, a bann or a suspension.
§1.1.5: If you want to leave the league, you have to say that in a comment on the steam page or in a private chat with the RRL owner. The leaving of the league comes into force 48 hours after you write the comment.
§1.1.6: If somebody gets banned he will be deleted from the championship scoring of the current season and will loose every possible won title from the season of his bann.
§1.1.7: How to behave on the track is explained in the gentlemen agreements ( our on-track-rules)
§1.1.8: to score points in a race, you need to join the lobby before the event gets launched. Every RRL Member can score points
§1.1.9: During and after the race, the decicions of the Referees are legal and may only get appealed with a single veto by either another Referee or the team owners of the involved drivers. A single Veto may not be denied , which means that there automatically follows a revision by another referee, who's decicion becomes legal and irrefutable.
2 Lobby
§2.1:There’s no order of invitation ranks.
§2.1.: The maximum of drivers in one race is 12 drivers
§2.2:The starting dates for the races are to observe. if anybody comes too late there is no guarantee if he can drive in the race
3 Race
§3.1: General race settings:
§3.1.1:Race length: 20%( normal races), 50% (Endurance races)
§3.1.2: Setups aren`t allowed
§3.1.3: Cautions are disabled. We have our own caution system
§3.1.4: The starting grid will be decided in a Qualifying session.
§3.1.5: Tire Wear: x2
§3.1.6: Fuel Use: x2
§3.1.7: Damage and Failures: off
§3.1.8: The gentlemen agreements must be obeyed. Failing to obey them can result in a penalty.
§3.5: If two cars have the same car number, one of them has to change the car.
§3.6: it is possible to "save the rights" for a car number for the length of one season, if you announce it to the RRL owner. this means that you are the only person,who is permitted to use this car number.
§3.7: In case of accidents, all drivers must save their replay if they want to proove that they are not at fault.
4 Race score/ Race abortes
§4.1: All drivers who are in lobby when the race starts, will be counted in the results and get the points for the positions
§4.2.1: Reasons to suspend a race:
§4.2.1.1: Big disconnects, when more than 50% of the field disconnect at the same time
§4.2.1.3: With less than 3 drivers left
§4.2.1.4: For other reasons, when a voting has been held
§ 4.3: Points system:
Race:16,10,8,6,4,3,2,1
Stage points: 1st: 2 points, 2nd: 1 point
fastest lap: 1 Pole position:1
Chat rules
§5.1: in the league chat, only clean language is allowed to use. Insults are forbidden
§5.2: Advertising is only allowed if the league owner allows it. Racist paroles and sentences are forbidden too.
§5.3: Violating the chat rules can result in either a points penalty or an exclusion from the chat discussion.
The championship system
§6.1: There will be a team championship and a drivers championship.
§6.2: The team and driver with the most points will win
§6.3: Every team needs an official team boss
§6.4: The maximum for every team is 4 drivers per team
§6.5: Every driver can only score points for his current team in every season. You may only change your team once during the running season.
§6.6: Every driver must use the same car manufacturer as his teammate (Ford, Chevrolet or Toyota) and every team may only use one car manufacturer during the season.
