Regular chat rules apply, though until Crinkle, Aphexacid or Drakevondragon takes control, I am fine with such things as Pathfinder in the forums. 3.5. D&D is also acceptable.

No Khorne, Great Horned Rat, Nurgle, Slaneesh or Tzeentch. Only Dr Bright of the SCP Inquisition is the allowed chaos god.

My Immortal cannot be used in official IKRC gaming tournaments. Even if you are fighting a troll, it only works to repel the chat variety.

Seeing as chatrooms in Kong are being merged, its probably a good backup plan to get this running like clockwork:

Phase 1:

Invite the Regs that havn't been invited already - and when I can figure out how, I shall pass the admin powers to Drake, Aphex and Crinkle, then demote myself.

Phase 2:

Set up Forums properly - divide them into clear sections (e.g. gaming, general discussion, forum based RPG's ect.) ((I personally like the sound of the latter))

Phase 3:

Lets get the chat sorted - hopefully in time we can have a functioning system based on what we have in Kong Chat. use as ((allow Drake, Aphex, Crinkle to decide on whom is admitted - suggestion: friend of friend recommendation/commendation to allow for growth))

Phase 4

LET THE GAMES BEGIN! tournaments, reviews, one of games - lets use steam properly for multiplayer!
