To run a community properly, whether it's big or small, you'll need volunteer mods. The players who decide to dedicate their game sessions to administrate on our servers, always make sure that everyone is aware of the rules and that people actually follow them. Being an mod, however, does not only mean gagging, muting and banning people. It comes with a huge responsibility as you're going to be a role model for the other players and an image for our community.
