Hat Charity Drive is a group souly dedicated to giving donated hats to the newcomers of TF2 who don't have any cosmetics to show off and brag about, and also realize that hats don't make someone better, but it does make them feel better, so join now if you do have hats or not and we will happily provide with the extra hats we may have. None of the hats are given to those with hats, and are never given to someone claiming to be giving them to others, all hats are given in trade by those who are donating, so that means that no hats are given to me, the admin, or any of the other officials.
