Basically i'm starting a hearts of Iron community from scratch because i'm tired of only finding a few flaky people to play with on the internet, so i hope to build this HoI community/clan up so we can have fun playing Hearts of Iron II and III (and other games) with reliable, non-cheating people who like to have a good time.
