What is this group?
Here we will be posting anything warframe as well as rules and details about ongoing or upcoming clan events + some more additional information about warframe to help out some newer players. This group has just been recently created for the clan so please give us some time to get everything setup and enjoy the new shiny things!

About Us
The GT Crew was created over two years ago as a place for a few mates to get together and just have a good time. This slowly grew and became a place where new friends were made and people worked together to help each other obtain those pesky mats/mods. After a long break from the game we decided that we wanted to rebuild this old clan and make new memories with new people. The GT Crew now has more members then it ever did before and we at GT Crew welcome all our new members :)

RULES
  1. Must be 16 years of age or above. Exceptions to this rule are only ever made if there is a person in the clan who can take the responsibility for the recruit. Even so a few questions will be asked prior to invitation to the clan

  2. Be a part of the community, socialize, participate, help out. Joining a clan is more than just signing up for some "membership". Its a commitment to eachother.

  3. Contributions to research, dojo construction and the like.
That is not mandatory, but is expected.

  4. Kick at 14 days inactivity will occur unless a notification of extended leave is given prior. Kick at 30 days occurs regardless. Players can return to the clan by notifying us of their return

  5. Must join the Steam group page and leave their in game name in the GT Crew Members thread under Discussions found below

Raids

We have been nominated as the New Dawn Alliances raid clan. This has given us some more responsabilities as a clan in terms of our interactions with the alliance. We will be in charge of hosting and running alliance based raids and thus as a clan we will be running more raids then ever before and looking for players that want to become raid leaders.

Raids are held every weekend at 2pm GMT Saturday and 3pm GMT Sunday. More time will be added as we gain more and more interest in these activities.

Current Raid Leaders.

Solar Rails!
Why?

The long term goal of the Alliance that we are apart of is to participate in Alliance vs Alliance battles for Dark sectors. To do this the alliance needs our support in building up large amounts of spectre regiments and was actually one of the conditions we agreed to when joining this great alliance we find ourselves in.

We will be focusing on building the Force and Cosmic Spectre Regiments. This will require contributions from all clan members.

How to obtain the needed Blueprints?

The blueprints necessary to build Specters are automatically rewarded by Rescue missions upon completion, with the type of Blueprint dropped depending on the node that was played, and how many points were acquired.

In total, three points can be attained in a mission: one for rescuing the target, two for not triggering the execution sequence in the process, three for killing all the Wardens.

The below is listed as per their point count needed. 1. = 1 point, 2. = 2 points and so on.

  • Easy Rewards Level 1-15
    1. None
    2. Vapor Specter BP
    3. Phase Specter BP

  • Medium Rewards Level 16-25
    1. Vapor Specter BP
    2. Phase Specter BP
    3. Force Specter BP

  • Hard Rewards Level 25+
    1. Phase Specter BP
    2. Force Specter BP
    3. Cosmic Specter BP

Extra Notes

  • Before a Specter begins building, a Specter loadout screen appears where a player must first set the Warframe and loadout that the Specter will use. Specters of a particular Blueprint grade use a template loadout that is derived from a player's current Warframe and weapon loadout in their Arsenal. Players can choose to change a Specter's loadout by changing their own loadout, which the Specter will replicate upon creation. Once a Specter has begun construction, the template loadout used is saved, and can be used for future Specters to be built, allowing Specters of a certain loadout to be built even if the player changes their own loadout. The template loadout can be changed upon creating another Specter of the same grade, or the player can choose to use their previously saved loadout. Note that the loadout it copies only reflects the base statistics (scaled by level) and not the mods.

  • Use weapons with innate elemental damage and high base proc chance in your Specter loadout to make it useful past being just another source of damage. For example, a Specter equipped with an Amprex will quite often trigger Electricity b Electricity procs, which helps with crowd control in close quarters.

  • They are very powerful if given a Bow or other precision weapons, as they will always charge a full shot before firing and have almost pinpoint precision, meaning they will never miss unless the enemy is behind cover, and will usually land headshots. This is probably because they use the Stalker's AI.

  • Specters will only resort to melee if the enemy is within their melee weapon's range. Additionally, specters are capable of performing finishers if they attempt to melee an eligible enemy.

  • Tenno Specters using Castanas will only detonate the grenade when the substance limit has been reached. They will, however detonate the Penta's grenades when it is in proximity of an enemy. They aim the weapon so as to try to hit the enemy with the projectile. It does not seem that Specters are affected by self-inflicted damage due to close proximity detonation.
