ABOUT Grand Army Gaming Delegation

Grand Army Gaming Delegation

Grand Army Gaming Player Delegation Constitution

This delegation is created to represent and give power to the average player through representation to staff via elected officials. As a delegation representative your job is to keep the staff away from the path of corruption and keep a permanent stable system of politics within the community.

Each server in Grand Army Gaming must have thier own delegation and must comply with the centeral community delegation. Each server must have equal reprentation within the central delegation.

Election of Members and the Speaker

There will be a delegation of five active non staff members and one speaker of the delegation. These members will be elected by average players who must be non staff. These members must elect a speaker who will represent them in staff meetings. The Election will be done by the candidates applying on the forums and the population voting for them over three days. The top five candidates will win the election. Elections must be held for the members every three weeks. These members do not have to abide by term limits.

The Election of a Speaker:
Two speakers will be nominated by the delegation. These two candidates will be elected by 3 popular server votes. These elections will be held every month. After a speaker is elected he has a term limit of five election cycles.

Abilities of Members and the Speaker

Members can bring up issues such as staff corruption, server policy change, and sever rule creation, change, or repeal. These members can receive request from the player base and bring up and discuss issues they think are problems. They can then filter and vote on the issue that carries the most priority. After the voting presses it will be then submitted to the speaker who will call bring the issue up in a weekly staff meeting. If there are members on, they may call a staff meeting themselves.

Removal or Replacement of Members or a Speaker

To ensure that the system of player representation is not removed. If a player becomes staff during his term, is banned, voted off, quits, or is found to be a staff member on another community, he is removed and a replacement is voted on by other members until the next election cycle. If a speaker becomes staff, is voted off, quits, is banned, or found to be a staff member on another community. He will be replaced by a vote of the remaining members as soon as the former speaker is removed. The monthly voting cycle will be based off of his election.
