It has been a while since I posted. The last post was actually before Christmas. Although this is late, hope everyone had a good Christmas and got what they wanted. I got most of the stuff I wanted.
But besides that.
I just got out of school last Wednesday so I will be more active here on the group. I said I would have my version of the group Profile Picture sent to my friend who is supposed to be fixing it up to her sometime before March. But school got in the way. So now I have to do that. Then I'll have my friend make the Clubs' Profile Pictures. Flynx Science was supposed to be ready and open by March. Once again, school got in the way, I will work on the Main Group's Profile Picture so my friend can make the one for Flynx Science and then for the other clubs.
Another thing, for everyone in the group that plays Meadow, I mtde a group for it. It isn't really much yet. I made a group for hunting obelisks in Meadow too.
We also have a discord. I will link it somewhere else later.
I think that is it. If I haven't mentioned already, that friend I said might move, she didn't. Other than that, that's it.

I have not posted for a bit and I figured that it's about time for another News Update.

So far I have made some progress with things. If you haven't already noticed (and it's hard not to), the Group has no Group Picture. This is because I haven't finished it. Once it is done I will send it to my friend so she can fix it up for me (my outlines are not the best). So she has agreed to fix it for me as well as make the Club Pictures. I would rather get the Group Picture for the Main Community Group (this group) done before opening the group so I don't have to rush Spell so much (especially because she is moving in a few weeks). So the progress?
Well my draft of the Main Community Group picture is about 50% done, more or less. Ana since I have not finished it and sent it to Spell (Lia), her draft hasn't been started. However, since the Club Picture are based mostly off the Main Community Group's pictures, that means the Club Pictures are about 40%. The Flynx XL picture is about 20% - 30% done because I plan on puting a list of the first 10 members on it (which basically is all the members in the group now). I would put pictures of the first 10 members, but that would take wayyy too long and would be stressful for Lia. However we may be able to do that later.

The reason I have not been managing the Group much is because school has started back. So when I get home I do homework then play games. But since yesterday was Election Day and today I am probably staying home (I will explain why in a second), I was able to post an announcement.

I have had a few issues in the past couple of weeks. For one Lia, my best friend is moving and won't be going to my school anymore. Her landlord is kicking her, her mom, her mom's boyfriend and her brother out. She didn't tell me why though. For two I have been hurting a bit because I have a boil on my leg and I can't really move without it hurting. So 2-3 times a day I have to run some hot water in the shower/tub, put in some Epsom Salt and mix it in the water then soak in it. I had one on one leg and it finally went away, but as soon as it did, I got one on the other leg. And the fact I have gym as my last class at school doesn't help. So that's why I'm staying home today. Another issue, is that my Aunt and Uncle who lived right in front of me and my mom and dad, moved out, so we had to hook back up to city water. I've never been on city water before. We always used well water from the well at my Aunt and Uncle's house (it's not the type of well where you have to use a hand crank to lower a bucket down to get water in the bucket, if that's what you're thinking). Apparently, while city water has fluoride (which is good for your teeth) in it, it also has chlorine in it from where it's filtered which makes the water smell weird. And it's not purely clear like well water either. It's got an odd yellowish tint.

So that's why I have not been managing the Group much.
I'm sorry this is such a long post. But that's what happens when I haven't managed the Group or at least posted on it in almost three months.
Oh, and one last thing. I haven't set a Group Player of the Week in about 3 months because I haven't managed the Group in 3 months. But since the group is so small, for now I think I'm just going to set it as no one. Otherwise it will just cycle between 9 people (not 10 because if I set myself as Player of the Week it would be odd).

Members can make and share their own stories or share stories of their gaming experiences. This club goes by the name "Flynx Gamer Stories".


But I also have something else to tell you. Well you see, on weekdays, I am going to have to leave the mods in charge. Unfortunately, today I am starting back going to school. But that doesn't mean I won't play on Steam anymore. And hey, I could learn something to share with the Science Club! Weekends will probably be like normal. Sadly for me, that means I will have to miss any CSI episodes that come on before 4:00pm (that's when I get off the bus usually, because I'm usually the last stop) on weekdays. Darn....

Maybe some people at school will see the picture of the Steam icon I drew and put in the top left corner of my binder and join Steam! If they ask what Steam is I can tell them and tell them I manage this group! :D

Every group has its limits and rules. So of course most of you probably were wondering "Is anyone gonna post the rules?". Well I finally decided I would. Here they are.

First stuff with no bad consequences, and not required, just preferred

• Please don't leave the group without saying anything to me or the moderaters. This doesn't really have any consequences, as once you leave there's not much I can do. So don't think we won't be friends anymore or that if you decide to join back I won't let you (I have suffered worse than fighting with someone just for leaving).

Don't
• Fight with other members
• Use foul language
• Do something that could get you, other members, or the whole group in trouble
• No discrimination please
• Add excessively violent or inappropriate games to the Associated Games list
• Don't friend request people in the group that you don't know without a proper introduction
• Don't post anything containing spoilers of games!

Do

•Try to read every announcement
• Check on the group at least once a day
• Suggest new games
• Enter the chat room every once in a while if there's people in there
