THE NIGHT TERROR
A short (but true) story.

Lately at night I have had to get up every hour from midnight to daylight and pee. I really don't want to get up but I stagger through the room like a zombie penguin in the dark, to the brightly lit bathroom.. and sit there yawning and trying to keep from falling asleep on the toilet. I finally mustered the energy to wander back to my chair and entered in to the pitch black shadows of the house still blind from having the bathroom light on. That's when it happen. I was attacked by the most hideous beast I have ever seen. I am not chicken though! I began swinging wildly at the beast while damning it to hell. Moving with all the cat-like moves of a ninja (who was obviously drunk) I finally landed a heavy blow and heard a satisfying "Boink"..... wait... what... boink? That is when I realized that the red eyed devil that was assaulting me was actually a metallic helium balloon we had gotten Lily and it was floating face high around the room. Yes... the hellish beast was merely my reflection made shiny by the star-shaped menace that had escaped its chains and rabidly stalked me across the floor. Evil thing. Needless to say I was jumpy the rest of the night, although a bit impressed with my mad fighting skillz, even if my foe effectively scared the life out of me, and retired confident that should we ever have an intruder, we would know they were there thanks to our trusty devil balloon patrolling the night.

What happen to Kaelym and Caideenah? This...

Kaelym and I have been having one problem after another. We have stopped online gaming on PC completely for now. A run of bad luck hit just before November. My computer fried and I lost everything on it. I still don't know for sure what happen. It was 2 years old. No way I can affod another pc at the moment.
Kaelym had not even had her pc turned on for a while. Once my pc fried we could not game together at all so she gave me her pc. I haven't been playing because my health was finally better and I was making a push to get up and do things in real life. I was doing great too! I was out walking again and shopping in stores I normally had to sit and wait for Kaelym to shop in. Ever since my surgery in July, things seemed to be looking up. It felt great to go walking in the mall and visiting again.
Well that came to an abrupt end when the weekend before Valentines day I was rushed to the ER. They found an obstruction caused by yet another hernia, and this was life threatening. So the next morning I was in surgery again.
I'm ok. Sore as hell. I've only been home a couple days. But ya, this seems to be the norm for us.
Kaelym is now trying to find a job. I am trying to get my health back enough to baby sit Jellybean. So gaming has gone on the far back burner.Even though seeing the new patches to Minecraft has me itching to play, its not the same without Kaelym there.
So there you go guys. That is what happened. Real life criticaled on us.
Just want you guys to know I think about you often. We got some great memories. Maybe when things settle down we can find something to do in a game for a while.
