Hey guys I have the server up and running for VIOP now.

Google up "Mumble" and download it.
to set it up go through the audio wizard and then in the top left it will say "Connect"
hit that and enter this:

Label: 50.97.201.62
Address: 50.97.201.62
Port: 3712
Username: ______

Once that is done hit connect and you will join the server as a guest until you right click your name and register it :D

Hello everyone! Our server is up and fully operationable. The easiest way to join would to for you to hit F1 and type "Net.connect 50.97.235.67:28015"
That will connect you right to the server's IP. Also just to let everyone know I am a student and I will be away from the server from time to time but feel free to email Lnx.Frenzy@gmail.com with any issues regarding the server.

Just letting everyone know the //EVO// servers should be up within a week. We will be a modded server with several admins so there is always someone to manage the server around the clock. If anyone knows of any mods they would like us to host feel free to shoot me a message.
