Don't invite more (weak) people then you are willing to take responsability for !

It is good to help but we need to do it intelligently by inviting those who have learned and can take care of themself and only as many newer player as we can properly help and teach without screwing up our ability to farm and help the members we already have.

It would be very nice if all Admins and Officers could get together and agree on a proper way to do things otherwise we will end up like the Tintans ans so many other guilds before them.

If you want to speed up the process so we can train more people faster.
Help us improve this page, more/better info here should help us all avoid having to repeat ourself over and over on the game chat.

I've also stared a Discussion where we (if you all agree) can list those we kick and why so that we are all on the same page. I think kicking should never be done out of anger, but when all communication attempts fail repeatedly then it can be done out of necessity.
