Brokering Items on tf2 outpost for 1 key per bud. I round down as well, 1.5 buds still means I get 1 key. This is just for user who don't want or can't pay the $5.00 per month fee for outpost. I keep all items until the owner requests them back. When they request them back, I will take the outpost trade down.

0-2 buds = 1 key

2-3 buds = 2 keys

3-4 buds = 3 keys
