If you have a hostage and want a little fun, then send the Fuhrer a message and he will gladly join the server to molest your victim. Being your Fuhrer, I want to claim all the loot in the name of the Dead Mann's Clan.

CO's are Commanding Officers. Basically replacing the old Element Leaders.
Element Leader == Commanding Officer.

CO Vrailex will lead training for new recruits, all those who faile will be dropped from the group. He has permission to inspect anyone he wants at any time within reason.

CO Gamma will be ranked below CO Vrailex and be in charge of an element that VP Cade and CO Vrailex decide upon meeting required member numbers.
