Since there are people from russia, france, germany, japan, china, etc.

I decided it would be the best if each country had an indivisual manager that could set up Matchmaking so you don't have to go through tough solo queing.

For China: Kalobee will be the manager as of now.
For Japan: The Mature Laugh will be the manager for now.
For Europe: Jerome will the the manager for now.
For Russia: Still deciding.
