The plan; To play matchmaking and get everyone into Global Elite. Once that's done, we will move on to 128 tick servers like FaceIt, CEVO and possibly ESEA. We will then play scrims and maybe league (the ultimate team goal is league play).
A bit about DragonS.eSports , and what we are hoping to do: we are looking to Create a Strong Team That will be able To practice at least 3 times a week and have a certain schedule and time on which days we practice, which will of course be agreed by the whole team before hand. After a couple of months we will be looking to play in tournaments and start to move to faceit and hopefully scrim other teams on there. Eventually we are looking to go to LAN events and constantly progress as a team
- We Are looking for a Players that are really willing to progress and learn together. we no longer wish to solo-queue or be with players that always flame and have toxic behaviour.
- We are ready to start pursuing an active and professional career within CSGO. I have been through many trials, however we are not just looking for a skill based players, we are looking for players whom we have good chemistry with.
- Chemistry is the most important thing to me, we are not looking for a players of highly experienced players if they cannot co-operate and work as a team. Rank, Skill, Aim, can all be improved upon, however Natural chemistry is the key to forming a successfully team.

We are looking for

•CSGO Leader who can run our csgo clan operation. -- Applicant will be responsible for Recruiting, Managing, Promoting and administrating our CSGO section.
•CSGO players from Leagendary Eagle Master to Global Elite ranks
• Active forum members who are friendly and social with our community members.
• Potential future leaders who can grow our community
• Players who love to play Competitive matches and pub with our clan.
• Optional: Teamspeak or Skype active
• Optional: Able to expand our clan to different games as a Leader
• Optional: Play in our upcoming servers
Requirements:
• Teamspeak
• A mic
• You don't have to speak fluent english but we would like to understand you ;D
• It would be nice if you played more than only DustII
• At least 1400 plus hours
• Be at least Nova 2 To nova 4
• have to be 14 years old
• No VAC ban on your account
• must be able to handle criticism
