Dota 2 Items Raffle:

How it Works:
1. Minimum 20 Players required of raffle.!
2. Raffle will only be conducted for UNCOMMONS AND RARES.!
3. Prizes will depend on each raffle and number of players playing the raffle.
4. Types: (a) Uncommon Raffle & (b) Rare Raffle, both are different raffle and will be conducted at different intervals and will have different prizes.
5. Each Player have to submit ONE RARE (Rare Raffle) to the Group Admin (its Uncommon in case of Uncommon Raffle).
6. Each Rare or Uncommon transfered will serve as a ticket (Multiple Tickets can be purchased with number of Rares, 1xRare = 1xTicket for Rare Raffle and 1xUncommon = 1xTicket for Uncommon Raffle).
7. One Ticket = Power to Choose a number out of the number slot which will be provided by the Admin (Number are selected on First Come First Basis).
8. After each player selects individual number, then Admin will Random the Raffle using random.org.
9. 5 Random number will be drawn and 5 winners will be selected.!
10. The 5 Drawn Numbers = 5 Winners will the winning number.
11. After the Raffle, Prizes will be collected from the Admin.

Rules and Regulation:
1. ONLY GROUP ADMIN WILL BE CONDUCTING THE RAFFLE (BEWARE OF IMPERSONATORS AND SCAMMERS).
2. NUMBER SLOTS AND PRIZES WILL BE ANNOUNCED BEFORE THE RAFFLE AND BY THE ADMIN.
3. RANDOM.ORG WILL BE USED FOR THE RANDOM NUMBER DRAWN PROCESS.
4. ITEMS FOR THE TICKET WILL BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE RAFFLE AND ONLY BY THE ADMIN.
5. PRIZES WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THE RAFFLE ENDS.
6. ALL DETAILS ABOUT THE RAFFLE WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE THE RAFFLE STARTS.
7. ALL QUERIES WILL BE CLEARED BEFORE THE RAFFLE STARTS.
8. ONCE AGAIN BEWARE OF IMPERSONATORS AND SCAMMERS.
