Just updates the group's discussion area, there are now sub-forums on the right such as 'Clan Rules and Info' and a number indicating how may threads are there.

If you think any other sub-forums should be added let me know and of course please try to post your discussion in the right sub-forum.

Thanks for the update. I wonder if anyone else has had similar things happen like that, hmmm...

Firstly if you are a co-leader you are already a very trusted member of C2 so you are more than welcome to suggest players you think we should consider recruiting and IF you have enough confidence in that player you might even go ahead and invite them on your own initiative.

So below are a few things to help you make a decision.


*Use the 'View players' tab in the Steam overlay to visit the player's Steam profile, from there you can check if they have any VAC bans. You can then copy and paste their name in to the search function HERE [mgftw.com] on Sourcebans - and see if they have had any bans, you should also search any aliases they use or used in the past.

* HLSTATSX [mgftw.com] - Use the ' Find a player' function to check the player's activity levels, name change history (which may reveal the tags of past clans they were in) and other useful info.

*Give the new player a trial run, play a few games with them and see how it goes. Look out for bad habits like rushing, farming and team killing.




*Inform Methadone Kitty(meeeeee) and/or AbOoOd so we can add them on Steam for easy communication.

*Send a link to the MG server rules,make sure they read them and understand them.

*If they are a new player or haven't been in a clan before you may also want to have them look at the new buffs that are now available to them. Send them this link for clan buff info.

*Invite them here! To our fabulous Steam group. Ask if they would like to introduce themselves or they will get one of my generic ' we have a new member' comments (lol).


*And lastly let them know who the other leaders and co-leaders are incase they ever need us in the future. At the present time the following people are leaders or co-leaders: Methadone Kitty, AbOoOd, Kiwu, Weedman, Picture Puella and Boo.
