Honour and Industry!

The times have changed, since the defeat of Napoleon the Age of Enlightement has gave birth to new ideological ideals of nationalism which threatens to sweep aside the old principles. With the revolutions of 1848 put to rest with many fleeing to the United States who is currently embroiled in a brutal war between the states with no certain victor yet to have arisen; but in the South the reformation war is coming to a close with the Conservatives holding on to what territories they have and the Liberals under Benito Juarez with US Support seem to be having the upper hand in the conflict. What shall become of the western world?

The Battle of Bull Run or Manassas as proclaimed by Confederate Newspapers has shocked the world on how the Confederate Militias won a massive victory over a vastly superior Federal Army. But worse comes still, with the Prussian war machine in full gear it seems the German Confederation is to be decided between Austria and Prussia. The Great Game is also going on in Asia with Russia unopposed, including the recent Sepoy Rebellion in India demands British attention to be shifted to the East in due haste. Twenty years ago or so the Anglo-Afghan war came to a close, but Afghanistan is still hostile even after pushing out the Persians. In recent news with the Sick Man of Europe, they have lost more territories to the Greeks who threaten Ottoman Dominance of the Aegean and the Bosphorus strait which was only recently secured by Anglo-French allies who have already abandoned the Sultan, will the Ottomans lose more territory to the approaching Greeks and Christian groups, or will they stand?

The Second Opium War has also come to a close with an Anglo-French victory over the further decaying Qing Empire who will soon have to face the reality of being abused by the West. The world still has more conflicts to come, this is only the brief introduction but what shall come next?
