Looking for an someone to help turn our private server into a public PUG server!

Looking for one person who's familiar with working in FTP to move, edit or add files and configs to transition our private server into a public pug server.

Hopefully this will help sustain a 10 player base in the server at all times with pregame and lo3 configs as any other normal scrim.

Votemaps after 16 wins, autokick AFK or anyone not .ready in 30 seconds.
Active HLTV and nightly server restarts.

Ventrilo will also be provided for anyone wanting to hang out.
Help me get this going!
